GIMV, a leading European investment company, acquired United Dutch Breweries in February 2015 as part of its strategy to support growth in the consumer market, partnering with UDB’s management to enhance the brewery’s development and market presence.
This acquisition aims to strengthen Brouwerij Martens’ position in the global beer market by expanding its product portfolio and international reach.
