Eight Advisory supported Cooper Parry on its acquisition of Haines Watts Thames Valley / Reading

Cooper Parry has acquired Haines Watts Thames Valley / Reading which sees the business expand its offering in London and the South East and increasing its workforce to over 1,400. This represents a quadrupling in size for the firm since Waterland’s investment in December 2022. 

Cooper Parry’s ambition is to be the undisputed #1 adviser to mid-market businesses continuing its shift to a more specialist advisory firm. The deal underlines the strong synergy between the two firms: complementary cultures, talented and knowledgeable teams, a tech-enabled approach and an enhanced client proposition.
