Eight Advisory supported NPM Capital with its acquisition of Tech Tribes

Eight Advisory supported NPM Capital with financial due diligence, tax due diligence and tax structuring in the context of its acquisition of Tech Tribes from Bencis.
NPM Capital will be the new majority shareholder of IT consultant Tech Tribes, replacing Bencis as a majority shareholder. The founding family Goesaert and management are co-investing in the new structure.
Tech Tribes is an IT consulting company. With its 750 digital experts, the group supports customers in their digital transformation ranging from digital strategy to software development, creating applications and running software on various IT platforms.
Together with NPM Capital, Tech Tribes is ambitious tofurther grow to a group with a turnover of 250 million euros within five years and expand its presence in Belgium and the Netherlands.
With this acquisition, NPM Capital is once again entering the Belgian market.
