Eight Advisory provided financial vendor support to Authentic Prod for its acquisition by Banijay.
Authentic Prod, founded twelve years ago by Aline Panel, is a French fiction production company that has made a name for itself thanks to the success of the series “Sam” and “Je te promets” on TF1 and the documentary “L’Ascension et la chute de Carlos Ghosn” on France Télévisions.
This transaction will enable Banijay, a leading player in the audiovisual production sector, to step up its involvement in fiction in France.
