EIGHT ADVISORY performed the financial buy side due diligence for IK Partners relating to their majority investment in Cinerius Financial Partners
Financial advisory firm Eight Advisory assisted IK Partners in relation to its majority investment in Cinerius Financial Partners.
IK Partners is a leading European private equity firm focused on investments in the Benelux, DACH, France, Nordics and the UK. Cinerius Financial Partners, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, forms a group of reputable independent wealth managers in the German-speaking European regions. To date, Cinerius and the group employ 140 people across 13 locations and has approximately € 10bn of assets under management.
