Eight Advisory performed financial due diligence for VINCI Energies in connection with its acquisition of SITS, a company specialising in telecommunications and railroad signaling infrastructures.
The acquisition of SITS and its two subsidiaries, Thémelin and BPS, strengthens VINCI Energies’ expertise in telecommunications and signalling to meet the new challenges facing infrastructure managers and operators.
For more than 50 years, SITS has been helping railroad infrastructure managers develop their networks and station equipment.
