Financial and tax DD for the acquisition of Createch by Talan

Eight Advisory and Eight Advisory Avocats conducted the financial and tax due diligence for the acquisition of Createch by Talan.

Createch (€78 million in revenues), based in Canada, specializes in the distribution and integration of business management technology solutions.

Talan is a consulting group specializing in innovation and transformation through technology. It has 3,500 consultants who advise companies and support their projects in France and abroad.

This transaction will allow Talan to strengthen its position in North America.

The Eight Advisory team was composed of Mathieu Morisot and Charles Frassaint for the financial due diligence.

The Eight Advisory Avocats team was composed of Guillaume Rembry and Baptiste Gachet for the tax due diligence. Eight Advisory Avocats collaborated on the project with PSB Boisjoli (Thomas Copeland – Partner and Kevin Perkins – Principal).
