Eight Advisory performed Vendor Due Diligence on behalf of TF1 on TFX and on behalf of M6 on 6TER.
Within the framework of the merger project between M6 and TF1, Eight Advisory has accompanied the M6 group in the sale of the channel 6ter and the TF1 group in the sale of the channel TFX to Altice Media.
Created in 1987, the TF1 group is a French media group, leader in television in France for more than 30 years. It is active in various fields, such as production, distribution, broadcasting of generalist and thematic channels, digital platforms, advertising and e-commerce.
The M6 group is a French media group that includes several general-interest television channels, radio stations, production companies, and film and television distribution companies. It has also diversified into publishing, music, e-commerce and sports.
Altice Media is the 3rd largest private French media group. It represents and markets powerful media brands, including the most emblematic, BFMTV (BFM Business, BFM Régions) and RMC (RMC Découverte, RMC Story).
