Eight Advisory UK conducted Financial and Tax Due Diligence on 1000heads on behalf of Labelium and Charterhouse Capital Partners

1000heads is a leading tech-enabled digital strategy & social media marketing specialist operating in the UK, Europe and the US for blue-chip clients including Google, Amazon, Diageo, Meta and Snap Inc.

The company uses its fully integrated, end-to-end Social Transformation™ proposition – combining data & analytics, strategy, and implementation – to help keep brands relevant and engaged in the “Social Age”.

The acquisition of 1000heads by Labelium will help consolidate its geographical footprint, particularly in the US and Europ, and complements the technological solutions integrated via other recent acquisitions.

The team in charge of the financial due diligence comprised Justin Welstead, Daniel Parsons and Anne-Mariama Sanou.

The Tax due diligence team was headed by Dean Lake and Caley Mogg.
