Financial VDD of New Access for its sale to FNZ

Founded in 2000, New Access is an international Swiss company with a client portfolio in 18 countries with offices in Switzerland (Geneva and Zurich), France, Singapore, and Tunisia. With more than 200 employees, New Access is a technology company specialized in the private banking sector that has developed innovative solutions for its clients.

FNZ, the global wealth management platform, manages USD 1.5 trillion in assets through its platform for more than 20 million end clients worldwide. The structure passes on to its clients the significant economies of scale it has created.

The acquisition of New Access represents another strategic investment by FNZ in the fast-growing private banking and wealth management sector.
