Financial VDD for Happytal to its acquisition by La Poste

La Poste group via La Poste Santé is acquiring a stake in the hospital services provider Happytal.

Happytal offers a single room reservation service as well as a concierge service with in-room or counter delivery of a wide range of products and services within hospitals.

The public group La Poste is a company that is transforming itself based on a multi-business model: mail, banking, parcels, network of contact points, digital tools, etc. Its ambition is to become the leading European platform for human and digital links and exchanges.

This transaction will enable La Poste Group to strengthen its health division and Happytal to continue its development with the aim of positioning itself as the benchmark provider of interconnected human and digital services to support patients during their stay in hospital.
