Financial and Tax VDD on behalf of Chequers Capital

Eight Advisory carried out financial and tax vendor due diligence on behalf of Chequers Capital in connection with its acquisition by CNP and Sienna Private Equity in ECT.
ECT leaves Chequers Capital after eleven years to join CNP and Sienna Private Equity.

This transaction will enable ECT to accelerate its international development under the Landify brand.
