SPIE UK Limited is a leading provider for technical engineering solutions for the built environment, with a focus on environmental safety and energy efficiency solutions.

Imtech (jointly owned by EDF Group and Dalkia) is a leading technical services group operating nationwide in the UK. The acquisition of SPIE UK Limited will further strengthen Imtech’s market position in the UK.

The finance team consisted of Justin Welstead, Alison Harutunian, William Doyle, Sam Conn and Scott Gourley.

The tax team consisted of Dean Lake, Caley Mogg and Tom Sykes.
