Eight Advisory has carried out the financial Vendor Due Diligence of the Trescal group, a global player in metrology and calibration, in the context of the entry into exclusive negotiations of Omers with EQT Infra for the acquisition of a majority stake in the Group
The pension fund Omers, sells a majority stake in the French group Trescal to EQT infrastructure.
Trescal is a global player in calibration services, offering expertise in calibration, verification, repair and management of measuring instrument fleets. The company is present in 29 countries and operates in more than 70,000 companies each year across all industries.
Omers is an institutional fund manager, a defined benefit pension plan for municipal employees in the province of Ontario, Canada.
