A graduate of the Master 225 “Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering” programme from the University of Paris Dauphine, Marie-Amélie began her career in the Valuation and Business Modelling teams at one of the Big Four before joining Eight Advisory in 2018.

With more than 16 years of experience in financial valuation and one year in the M&A department of a Corporate, Marie-Amélie supports both large corporate accounts and family businesses in their operations.

She is particularly involved in purchase price allocation projects as well as tax and transactional valuations. Marie-Amélie is in charge of developing valuation projects in the context of legal and operational reorganisation as well as restructuring.

As soon as I joined Eight Advisory in 2018, I was quickly attracted by the cross-functional projects with major accounts involving several of the firm’s teams in France and abroad. These projects gave me the opportunity to appreciate the strength and high quality of our teams and their high level of expertise in a wide variety of fields.

The entrepreneurship that has characterised Eight Advisory since its creation is one of the values to which I attach the utmost importance and which I constantly encourage within our teams during each of our assignments. Good ethics and respect for commitments are also two elements which are important to me.
