Lorenzo Lavini is a Partner in the Transaction Services practice at New Deal Advisory /Eight Advisory Italy. He specialises in financial due diligence, refinancing and restructuring, advising private equity funds and corporate clients across domestic and cross-border transactions.
With over 15 years of experience in M&A advisory, Lorenzo has developed deep expertise across Technology & Media, Business Services and Information and Communications Technology, Luxury & Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing. Notable transactions include Ala Group (H.I.G. Capital), Weareproject (EMK), Hydro Holding (Danfoss), Intellera (Accenture), Engineering (Bain Capital), Bending Spoon (NB), Antares Vision (H14).
Lorenzo joined New Deal Advisors in 2014 as Senior Manager and was promoted to Partner in 2021, before the firm became part of Eight Advisory in 2025. Prior to that, he spent seven years at EY as Senior Auditor and Transaction Services Manager.
He holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He is Italian Speaker and fluent in English.
