Joris is a partner at Eight Advisory, with deep expertise in M&A and Transaction Services and extensive experience advising Private Equity investors across the deal lifecycle.

Joris works closely with financial sponsors, including buyout funds, Private Equity firms, family offices, and corporate investors, supporting them on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His work focuses on helping investors make well-informed decisions and execute transactions efficiently.

He has strong expertise in financial due diligence, carve-outs, assessment of value creation plans, and SPA-related support. Joris is frequently involved in complex transactions where a clear understanding of financial performance, risks, and upside potential is critical.

Throughout his career, Joris has advised on numerous local and international large transactions, working in fast-paced deal environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, actionable insights.
