Guido has over 25 years of experience in extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on due diligence, refinancing, and restructuring across the retail, luxury, consumer goods, industrial products, long-term contracts, and manufacturing sectors. He has extensive international experience in transaction services, having spent significant time working abroad, including: London, the United States, and Dubai.

Guido is a native Italian speaker and he is fluent in English.
