Antonio is the partner in charge of the Transaction Services at the Milan office in Italy.
For over 25 years, he has been involved in M&A processes focusing on financial due diligence both buy side and sell side serving large and mid cap PE houses and Corporate clients. His focus in on due diligence across various industries such as Information and Communications Technology and software, business services, industrial products and long term contracts, retail / consumer goods. He has extensive international experience. He is fluent in English, and Italian is his mother tongue.
Before joining Eight Advisory Antonio spent 16 years in one of the Big 4.
