Niall O’Dea is a Partner in Eight Advisory’s Transaction Services team in London, specialising in providing financial due diligence (buy and sell-side), sell-side assistance and transaction agreement / completion advice to both local and multinational corporates and private equity clients.

Before joining Eight Advisory, Niall worked in KPMG’s Transaction Services teams in Dublin and London.

Niall is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated from University College Dublin and the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School with first class honours.
