The Eight Advisory team conducted buyside financial and tax due diligence on Delta EE for Lane Clark & Peacock on behalf of Charterhouse Capital Partners.

Delta EE is a leading energy consultancy and subscriptions business offering energy transition services to companies within the energy sector, including utilities, operators, traders, investors and manufacturers.

The acquisition will allow LCP to benefit from Delta-EE’s energy sector knowledge on consumer markets and energy solutions, and place LCP and its clients at the heart of the energy transition.
