Cédric Colaert is a Founding Partner of Eight Advisory and head of the Restructuring and Underperformance practice.

He is an expert in restructuring, underperformance situations requiring operational or financial restructuring and liquidity crisis.

Cédric also leads strategic thinking upstream and the organisation of the treatment of underperforming projects, in collaboration with the other restructuring specialists.
