• You will in a highly exclusive environment assess, strategically plan, conceptualize and implement M&A deals such as carve-outs, integrations and Joint Ventures as well as work on other most challenging business transformations such as reorganizations and value creations for national and global corporate and private equity clients. 

• Working shoulder to shoulder with our partners and directors, who will share their best in class buy- and sell-side M&A experience with you, from the start you take responsibility in our projects.

• You will be coached by a mentor who is available at any time to support you with professional or personal advice.

• You may also write your thesis in cooperation with our firm or join our fantastic team at a later stage of your career.

You have some entrepreneurial spirit and want to improve things, rather than waiting for the next task

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a renown university/ business school with preferably a major in business administration, industrial engineering, information technology or sciences

§Previous internships in transaction consulting or in a comparable environment (e.g. M&A, IT consulting)

§Available for a term of at least 2 months
