You will lead a team within our TS department and are responsible for the preparation, planning and execution of Financial Due Diligence for international and national private equity and corporate clients.
From the beginning you will be in direct contact with clients and will participate in strengthening and expanding existing and new client relationships Additional tasks may include business development and marketing activities.
You will manage and evaluate employees and actively support their development as a mentor.

Motivated, proactive, reliable and stress-resistant
Between five and eight years of experience in Transaction advisory or similar
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a renown university/ business school with preferably a major in Finance, Accounting, business administration or similar
Additional qualifications (e.g. WP, StB or ACCA) are a plus
Profound knowledge of IFRS, German GAAP and accounting
Fluent written and spoken English, advanced German language skills
Excellent analytical skillset, an entrepreneurial mindset and team leading skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel); experience with analytical tools e.g. PowerBI is a plus.
