We are offering a unique opportunity to become a part of the team of Eight Advisory Brussels and are looking for ambitious and diligent Senior Consultants to join our European Strategy and Operations practice.
The Strategy and Operations team executes operational due diligences, post-merger integrations, value creation projects, carve-outs and operational turnarounds in the context of acquisitions, disposals or operational restructurings.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work together with experts from various fields (transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax and transaction services) and will mainly focus on providing a strategic and operational perspective during a wide range of transformation projects:
Providing an operational perspective during a due diligence (transaction), restructuring or transformation program by:
Rapidly identifying and analyzing key operational risks and opportunities (manufacturing, supply chain, services …), improvement potential and formulating operational solutions;
Integrating your operational findings and insights into the financial analysis, closely collaborating with the financial due diligence and restructuring teams to assess the financial impact; and
Developing implementation plans and initiating the first actions.
Preparing of presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders (e.g. board members, investors, M&A advisors and C-suite management);
Steering and providing guidance to junior team members;
Reporting back to the senior team members of the assignment on the day-to-day developments of your project;
Being responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard; and
Active contribution to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected and encouraged.
