• You will work as fully integrated team member on planning, executing and delivering Restructuring / Turnaround engagements (primarily IBR, liquidity planning, business plan validation, working capital analysis, and related topics) to international clients, mainly in the private equity and corporate sectors.
• You will assume leadership roles for individual project workstreams, and you will receive an intensive on-the-job training to develop your understanding of restructuring & turnaround processes and project dynamics. You will also be part of a dedicated pan-European all-firm training plan.

• Two to three years of professional experience in Turnaround & Restructuring advisory, strategy consulting, corporate finance roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university or business school with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or Operations.
• Additional qualifications (e.g. WP, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English, plus preferably one additional (non native) language.
• Excellent analytical skillset, plus an ability to support Eight Advisory’s highly entrepreneurial consulting approach.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
