As a Senior Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager in our CFO Advisory team, you will advise our clients in optimizing their finance function, processes, and systems. You will work on a variety of assignments, such as:
Finance Transformation Strategy : 360° Diagnosis, Visioning, Target Operating Model, IT masterplan, Future Skills
Finance Transformation Program : Design of Governance, Initiatives Portfolio, Resourcing, Roadmap, Quick wins
Finance Excellence : Smart / Fast close, Case for change of Shared Services (Accounting/FP&A), Process excellence (O2C, P2P, R2R)
Performance Management improvement : ExCom and operational dashboards, Reporting, Budget, Forecast, Rolling Forecast, Business Plan, Statutory Consolidation
Digital enablement (EPM, Data viz, RPA, etc.) : Digitalization Strategy (Business Case, Software Vendors selection), Scoping, Functional Design, Implementation Management Office, User’s Adoption
Data, Analytics and AI : Use cases identification, PoC and scale-up
Finance Upskilling in the Digital Age : Finance Curriculum Design, Learning Strategy, Gamification, Modules’ creation

As a graduate of a top engineering, business or university school, you have professional experience in the consulting sector.
You have recognized interpersonal and analytical skills, are curious, dynamic and a real team player.
You are eager to learn, a digital native and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment; and
You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in English and French.

Our recruitment process consists of four steps. The first and last steps are motivational and personality interviews. The second and third steps are situational interviews (case studies).
