We are looking for an ambitious and diligent (Senior) Manager to join our Transaction Services team based in Brussels. The team executes Financial reviews/due diligence in the context of an acquisition (buy-side/sell-side), independent business reviews (IBR), refinancing, disposals and financial restructuring advice.
As a (Senior) Manager in the Transaction Services team you will lead a team within our TS department and are responsible for the preparation, planning and execution of Financial Due Diligence for international and national private equity and corporate clients by:
Performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses and identifying issues that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction;
You identify and understand the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce;
You will be responsible for the day to day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process;
You will manage the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders;
Steering and providing guidance to team members;
Active contribution to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected and encouraged.
We expect our future (Senior) Manager to have:
A Master’s degree in economics, commercial engineering, business administration or business economics;
Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report;
More than four years of relevant professional experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis or audit.
Fluent written and spoken English, strong knowledge of Dutch and French.
Entrepreneurial mindset and team leading skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player.
You like solving new issues in a practical and creative manner.
Advising skills and you know how to inspire and retain clients;
Eager to work on cross border assignments
