What is the subject of your request?
You will lead a team within our Strategy & Operations department and are responsible for the preparation, planning and execution of Commercial, Operational and ESG Due Diligence (sell side or buy side) as well as Strategy projects for international and national investment funds and corporate clients. Your focus will be on the infrastructure sector, including energy, waste, water and mobility.
From the beginning you will be in direct contact with clients and will participate in strengthening and expanding existing and new client relationships. Additional tasks may include business development and marketing activities.
You will manage and evaluate employees and actively support their development as a mentor.

We expect our future Senior Manager to have:
A Master’s degree or a PhD in economics, engineering, business administration or business economics.
More than four (seven for Senior Manager) years of relevant professional experience in M&A, management consultancy, or transaction services.
Extensive knowledge in infrastructure sectors is required.
Strong communication skills, alongside demonstrated teamwork and leadership.
You have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and you like solving new issues in a practical and creative manner.
Advising skills and you know how to inspire and retain clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset putting the client first.
Team leading skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. Knowledge of French or German is welcome.
