Abénex has mandated Eight Advisory to carry out Inlog’s financial buyside due diligence.
Inlog is a software publisher dedicated to the blood chain, from donor to transfusion. Founded in 1992, Inlog first joined Global Med Technologies in 2008, before being acquired by Haemonotics in 2010. After 10 years and a stable turnover around 7M€, the American group known for its blood collection machines and centrifuges, sold Inlog to Abénex.
The operation is an LBO which includes a senior debt. Abénex mobilizes its FPCI Croisssance, which usually injects between €5 and €20 million in capital.
Eight Advisory carried out the Financial Due Diligence buyside, the team was composed of Gennat Mouline and Julie Vuarchex.
