Clarins appointed Eight Advisory to carry out the vendor due diligence (VDD) and operational support for the carve out in the context of the sale of the Mugler and Azzaro brands to the L’Oréal group.
L’Oréal is taking over Clarins’ fragrance division, which at the date of completion consisted of Mugler, Thierry Mugler (Fashion), Clarins Fragrance Group (CFG), CFG France, Cosmeurop and CFG UK. These activities represented sales of approximately 340 million euros in 2018.

At the same time, Nicolas Cohen Solal, Romain Caillet and their teams worked on operational support for the carve-out.
