Eight Advisory carried out the financial vendor due diligence of Qualipac, on behalf of Groupe Pochet 

The Pochet Group entered into exclusive negotiations with PSB Industries for the disposal of its Plastics & Metal Division (Qualipac).

The transaction could be effective at the end of the second quarter of 2020, depending on regulatory approvals.

Qualipac, which reported 2019 net sales of c.€239m for over 2,300 employees globally, designs, manufactures and sells tailor-made, high-end fragrance, make-up and care packaging to its prestigious clients of the Beauty industry. Qualipac is internationally recognized for its expertise in the transformation and decoration of plastics, aluminum and zamak, along with its trading capabilities through the Priminter company.

The financial vendor due diligence was carried out by: Pascal Raidron, Katia Wagner, Pierre-David Forterre, Thomas Wolff and Noémie Picaud.
