Eight Advisory carried out the buyside due diligence of “Terres d’Énergie” as part of the capital increase subscribed by CDC – Bank of the Territories.
The Banque des Territoires mandated Eight Advisory to carry out the due diligence of “Terres d’Énergie” in the context of its €90 million acquisition of a stake in the company’s capital.
Terres d’Energie is a long-term investment platform for operating renewable energy plants, created in 2018 by Tenergie and Crédit Agricole Pyrénées Gascogne.
The entry of the Banque des Territoires will enable Terres d’Energie to continue developing new renewable energy projects in mainland France.
As part of this operation, CDC – Banque des Territoires was accompanied by Eight Advisory. The team, composed of Lionnel Gérard, Guillaume Catoire and Numa Agnan, carried out the buyside due diligence.
