Eight Advisory and Eight Advisory Tax conducted the financial and tax due diligences for Ardian in the context of its acquisition of a majority stake in GreenYellow for an enterprise value of €1.4bn.

The Eight Advisory finance team in charge of the financial due diligence was composed of Lionnel Gérard, Guillaume Catoire, Louis Legros and Nicolas Peluso.
The Eight Advisory Tax team performed, with its international network of tax correspondents, the tax due diligence in France, Brazil, Colombia, Thailand and Vietnam. The French team was composed of Guillaume Rembry, Baptiste Gachet, Jeremy Cosma and Bastien Martinez.
For the tax due diligence, Eight Advisory Tax worked in Brazil with the tax firms TozziniFreire Advogados and MCS Markup, in Colombia with the law firm Jiménez Higuita Rodriguez, in Thailand with the law firm Prompt and in Vietnam with the law firm DFDL.
