Eight Advisory advises Prudentia Capital on its entry into the Amnéville zoo.

The first-time fund Prudentia Capital has acquired an 80% stake in the Amnéville Zoo, the second largest zoo in France.

The founder of the Amnéville zoo, Michel Louis, retains a role in the management of the site, as well as the balance of the capital with another manager.

Founded in 1986 by Michel Louis and Jean Marc Vichard, the Amnéville zoological park generates an average turnover of about 15 M€ for some 600,000 entries, with a surface area of 18 ha.
